Foundation
The GreensproutsFoundation was created in the summer of 2008, to address areas of green education and sustainability in our schools. Our staff works solely on a volunteer basis. The monies raised through grants, events, fundraising and individual donations, directly supports our school district located within the Roaring Fork Valley. Those district are RE-1, RE-2, Aspen, and the Gunnison Water Shed districts. By the fall of 2010, the Foundation will be accepting Green Applications from these area schools. The application process and forms will be available online shortly.
