Redstone Winter Fest
When: February 5-7, 2010
Where: Redstone
A 5K Snowshoe Race/Walk around the Redstone Castle. Start time is 10 am on Saturday at the Church in Redstone. $20. On Sunday, join the Nordic Ski Sprint 3K at the Redstone Stables. Start time is at 11 am. $15.

Owl Creek Chase
When: February 13-15, 2010
Where: Aspen
The Owl Creek Chase is a 21K freestyle cross-country ski race from the Snowmass XC Center to Aspen XC Center. This unique event combines an elite level pro Nordic race with the casual feel of one of the Roaring Fork Valley’s favorite citizen events.

The Endurance Challenge at Sunlight
When: February 28, 2010
Where: Sunlight Mtn, Glenwood Springs
This 12 hour will begin at 8am and end at 8pm on February 28th. A hike-up/ski-down endurance race that challenges skiers, snow boarders and snowshoers to hike Rebel and then ski, board, hike or otherwise slide down Beaujolais. Racers are competing to complete the most amount of laps in a 12-hour period.
